Job summary

Five Below is hiring part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of the store's energy. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain organized merchandise, and ensure a smooth checkout experience at the register.

RESPONSIBILITIES include greeting customers, understanding needs, promoting events, resolving issues, and communicating stock and service needs to management. This role requires a flexible schedule and basic tech comfort with registers and handheld/mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as cash registers, handheld and mobile devices.
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.
• Able to gather information to solve problems.
• Willing to learn procedures through on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Promote store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer solutions, turning returns into exchanges when possible.
