Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring a Sales Associate to greet customers, run the register, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in Wisconsin. You’ll handle lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age checks, upsell where possible, and support other departments as needed.

Expected to work weekends/holidays with flexible shifts; prior retail experience is a plus. Training provided, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol in compliance with age verification laws.
• Upsell customers to increase sales.
• Keep store interior and exterior clean and safe.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Cross-train in deli and other departments when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
