Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail environments and customer service preferred.

• Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to store customers, including greeting and answering phones.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Create relationships with customers to suggest products and meet sales goals.
• Promote the brand inside and outside the store to solicit new business.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store and assist with cash handling and deposits.
