Job summary

Buchheit Family of Companies is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to support customers with product knowledge, maintain store displays, and keep shelves stocked. You will help customers find merchandise, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing inquiries, stocking, signing, and assisting with inventory. The role requires basic computer skills and a flexible schedule, with a focus on delivering excellent service

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, determine needs, and recommend merchandise.
• Advise customers on utilization and care of merchandise as needed.
• Answer customer questions promptly and in a friendly manner.
• Stock and recover merchandise; keep area clean and organized.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Ensure proper signage in the department.
• Use computer to check prices and inventories.
• Assist with inventory preparation and special orders.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Assist with cart retrieval from outside; perform other duties as assigned.
