Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• May be cross-trained to support multiple store areas.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support safety practices and labor policy adherence.
• Contribute to achieving shrink reduction goals.
