Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs
• Role-model customer experience practices with customers and teammates
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Process purchases and returns accurately following procedures
• Maintain store merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and shrink-reduction initiatives
• Support and follow labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
