Job summary

Sun Tan City in Kentucky is hiring for a guest-facing team member. Earn up to $15.00/hr with base pay at $13.00/hr or more plus performance bonuses. Provides flexible schedule, free tanning and wellness services, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

Previous retail or service industry experience preferred.
Ability to meet minimum sales requirements and upsell products.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' needs in a friendly and professional manner.
Engage with clients, build relationships, and recommend products/services.
Maintain minimum sales targets and assist with product positioning.
Multi-task by cleaning tanning beds between clients and welcoming new clients on arrival.
Keep salon clean and organized, including tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms and storage areas.
Work cohesively with the team in a fast-paced environment while following company policies.
