Job summary

Sun Tan City is hiring for a fast-paced position in Kentucky. Earn up to $15.50/hr with base pay $12.50/hr or more plus performance bonuses. You’ll provide excellent customer service, help clients select products, and meet sales targets while maintaining a clean, friendly salon environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and treated professionally.
• Engage with clients by building relationships and understanding their needs.
• Make recommendations for products and services.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task, clean beds and engage new clients on arrival.
• Maintain cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby, restrooms, laundry and storage.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment while following policies.

Responsibilities
