Macy's is seeking a Retail Selling Flex Colleague to deliver memorable shopping experiences through warm hospitality and smart selling. You’ll answer questions, make personalized recommendations, and help customers find products while maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.

You’ll work with a team to hit daily sales goals, promote the Loyalty program, and assist with credit accounts. Flex scheduling supports evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications
