Job summary

Crocs is hiring at our Las Vegas store to deliver outstanding consumer experiences and support all store operations. You will contribute to merchandising, product placement, and stockroom tasks while collaborating with management to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Team-first approach and desire to succeed in fast-paced retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service model.
• Actively champion a positive team culture through ideas, feedback and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
• Work with Store Management to achieve/exceed personal performance objectives through selling strategies.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives.
