Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, run registers, and help maintain store appearance. You will greet customers, answer questions about promotions, stock merchandise, and support donation programs.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A positive attitude and team spirit are essential, with a focus on friendly, helpful service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie's approach to build loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
