Ollie\'s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers and keep the store inviting. You will provide friendly service, operate registers, and help with merchandising and stocking.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and a commitment to Ollie-tude values while supporting promotions and donation programs. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• A positive attitude and team player who wants to engage and serve customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer to build long-term loyalty.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer customer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain the store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
