Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to help deliver outstanding in-store experiences. You will respond to customer questions, provide compelling product recommendations, and support the store leadership team in achieving sales goals.

With over 430 retail stores worldwide, you will engage customers, maintain visual standards, and operate the checkout and loyalty processes to support Columbia’s mission of connecting active people with their passions.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a retail role or related field.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering consumer questions and assisting with product selections.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Process all cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with product flow by receiving, replenishing, and stocking merchandise.
