Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate in the United States. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, greeting customers and guiding them through our baby essentials and school prep products.

You will resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment, assist with omnichannel needs, and manage POS transactions while upkeeping store appearance and promoting promotions and loyalty programs.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Resolve issues proactively for customers in a fast-paced setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
