Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly: Approach and acknowledge customers immediately, providing assistance and handling multiple customers efficiently.
• Understand and meet customer needs: Share product knowledge, answer questions, direct them to merchandise, and offer recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling while staying informed on product availability.
• Promote store events and promotions: Inform customers about current store events and promotions to drive sales.
• Resolve customer concerns: Address issues and offer alternatives, aiming to turn returns into exchanges when possible.
• Communicate needs to management: Inform about merchandise restocking and service requirements in a timely manner.
• Support team and company goals: Collaborate to achieve store objectives and maintain a positive environment.
