Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet and assist customers, keep the sales floor neat, and support the management team with daily store operations across departments such as Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour. Full-time associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan, and an associate discount.

Qualifications

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
• Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
