Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be an ambassador on the front lines, greeting customers, helping them find merchandise, and keeping the sales floor neat and organized.

You may be assigned to Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot. In this role you will support the management team with daily store operations, work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and enjoy a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers and provides assistance to locate merchandise.
• Maintains organized sales floor and supports store operations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in locating merchandise when needed
• Assisting in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
• Assisting in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
