Responsibilities

• Models established customer experience practices with customers and coworkers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases and returns; counts change per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store overall.
• Provides and accepts constructive feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction programs and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
