You will evaluate merchandise, process transactions, and maintain a tidy floor while supporting opening/closing tasks.

The role offers $12.00-$15.00 per hour plus commission up to 8% and benefits; flexible weekend hours, employee discounts, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable with firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and team orientation.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with checkout systems an asset.
• Willing to assist customers or retrieve merchandise from exterior areas.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to guide decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiables responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Complete required training and follow policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
