Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers bring their home design dreams to life while delivering world-class service in a low-pressure, no-gimmicks setting.

You’ll work in a fast-growing, team-oriented environment that values skills and diversity. This position offers an hourly base with uncapped commissions and the potential to earn $45,000–$65,000 in the first year.

Qualifications

• Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s.
• Retail or commission-based sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a PLUS.
