Staples in Warren, OH seeks Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, help shoppers find products, and process returns or online pickups. You will work in a friendly, team-oriented retail culture with training provided.

This role offers flexible part-time hours, weekly pay, and a range of benefits. You will multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising while staying responsive to customer needs and creating a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule based on the store’s needs.
• Must be able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.

• Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously.
• Preferred but not required: customer service or cashier experience in a retail environment.
