Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule as store needs dictate.
• Able to engage with customers and understand their needs.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Able to manage conflicts in a constructive, cooperative manner.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
• Able to lift/move materials in the 10–50 pound range, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Retail customer service or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Multitask across cashier, sales, and merchandising duties.
• Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns.
• Create a positive, inviting environment for customers.
• Use basic selling skills to engage customers and present solutions.
• Handle returns and online order pick-ups.
• Be flexible with responsibilities (e.g., cleaning, stocking shelves, other duties as assigned).
