Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecoms Core Values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. They continuously work to build expertise in uncovering customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where you will work with your team to develop skills and expertise in preparation for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon training completion.

What you'll do in your role
  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class customer experience and building loyalty by:
  • Helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store
  • Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices
  • Guiding customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert advice

Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.

Become proficient in digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Network coverage in the customer's neighborhood
  • Benefits of plans and services for unlimited connectivity
  • Our innovative approach to wireless devices and troubleshooting

Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, systems, and resources.

Build relationships with employees across channels, including:

  • Owning the customer experience and resolving issues seamlessly
  • Identifying and passing small business leads
  • Developing strong peer relationships and accountability
  • Providing a positive, fun customer experience
The ideal candidate will bring
  • A strong desire to learn and build meaningful customer connections
  • Confidence and drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Willingness to learn and share best practices with peers and leaders
  • Ability to balance customer service with performance goals
  • At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
