Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and educating them on device and service solutions. This is a learning role, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role:

  1. Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a top-notch customer experience and building loyalty by:
  • Helping customers continue their shopping journey whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
  • Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guiding customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
  • Build relationships across channels, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
  • The ideal candidate will bring:

    • Confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
    • Willingness to learn and share best practices with peers and leaders.
    • Balance between customer experience and performance goals.
    • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
