Do you think you have what it takes to be a Mobile Associate (MA)? Work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate on device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities to advance to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role
  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty.
  • Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, helping them continue their shopping journey.
  • Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology, accessories, and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on store experience, systems, and processes.
  • Partner with employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop relationships, including identifying small business leads.
