EZPAWN Iowa, Inc. in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Pawnbroker to greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with pawn items.

Begin as a trainee in a paid 5-week program with a $.50 raise, then advance to Pawnbroker, with further certification and pay progression, plus benefits and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, cashier or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone.
• Processing sales, loans, and extensions.
• Performing opening and closing store duties.
