Qualifications

• Preferred Experience: 3–6 months retail or guest service.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer shopping experience by greeting guests and keeping stores in-stock, clean and organized.
• Support the manager in day-to-day operations and be cross-trained in multiple store areas.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Stock shelves, brew coffee, and maintain store cleanliness and standards.
• Contribute to a team-focused environment and help others as needed.
