Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service preferred.
• Comfortable talking with guests and team members.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcomed.
• Follow recipes and food prep procedures; ensure proper wrapping and labeling.
• Keep food area clean and sanitary; maintain equipment and presentation.
• Operate the register efficiently to minimize guest wait time.
• Monitor stock levels and rotate items to ensure in-stock availability.
• Lead by example and uphold company values, programs, and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Manager.
