Qualifications

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and quickly.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with incoming/outgoing merchandise and stock availability.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Walk and assist customers to meet brand standards.
• Execute transactions at the point of sale with accuracy and speed.
• Support inventory counts and restocking as needed.
• Keep visual merchandising aligned with Puma guidelines.
• Ensure a safe work environment and report hazards.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
