Job summary

Express is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join Streets @ Brentwood. You will provide a great in-store shopping experience, assist with stocking, cleaning and merchandising, and help customers with product questions.

The role requires high school or equivalent, 0–2 years of experience, proficiency with iPad and registers, and availability nights and weekends. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, merchandise discount, paid time off, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience (minimum 6 months).
• Proficient with iPad and registers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room.
• Follow policies to ensure safety of all associates and customers.
• Assist with product launches per SOP.
• Provide a great customer experience.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate when needed.
