Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to customers entering the store and assist during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by the organization.
• Set and track personal sales goals to improve selling skills.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures, and standards as listed in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations including work lists, cleanup, weekly shipments, and maintenance.
• Present merchandise to promote and sell goods following the knowledge manual guidance.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and goals.
• Identify merchandise needs, pricing concerns, and operational issues and report to management.
• Attend all staff meetings and training sessions for the store.
• Help protect company assets and financial information by maintaining internal controls.
