Five Below is looking for part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them find products while maintaining a well-stocked floor and smooth checkout experiences.

Qualifications

At least 16 years old.
Available to work a flexible schedule.
Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handheld and mobile devices).
Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
Able to handle customer interactions politely and professionally.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers promptly: acknowledge customers and provide prompt help.
Understand and meet customer needs: share product knowledge and guide to merchandise with recommendations.
Promote store events and promotions: inform customers about events and sales to drive engagement.
Resolve customer concerns: address issues and offer solutions, turning returns into exchanges when possible.
Communicate needs to management: relay stock and service requirements in a timely manner.
Support team and company goals: work with the team to achieve store objectives.
