Job summary

Majors Management is seeking a Sales Associate for an onsite store in Tennessee. You will assist customers, operate cash registers, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized shop floor.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, a friendly attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate cash registers and POS.
• English reading and speaking at least an eighth-grade level.

Responsibilities

• Meet company customer service standards.
• Follow company cash control policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all laws and regulations regarding the sale of any government regulated products and services.
• Detail cleaning of store interior and exterior according to company standards.
• Stock and rotate products including coolers and/or freezers.
• Complete training activities and meet minimum job performance standards.
• Follow the company's general rules of conduct and code of ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.
