Five Below in California is seeking part-time Sales Associates to be at the heart of our energy and help deliver outstanding customer service while driving sales. You will greet customers, learn products, and ensure the floor is well-stocked and ready for checkout.

This role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling including day/evening/weekends, and a friendly, energetic atmosphere. Starting wage is $11.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow and benefit from our benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with technology (cash register, handheld and mobile devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Courteous and professional demeanor with customers.
• Basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Ability to learn on-the-job procedures.
