About the Sales Associate Position

We're seeking a motivated and friendly worker to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to ensure their experience is a great one! From informing customers about products and services to maintaining the sales floor, you'll be a representative of our company the client can count on.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

1. Greet customers as they enter
2. Assist customers with any questions or concerns while shopping
3. Inform customers about current deals or promotions
4. Stay informed of current store offerings, including products and services
5. Organize and clean the sales floor
6. Monitor inventory, restocking as needed
7. Encourage customers to buy more product
8. Hit weekly, monthly, or quarterly sales goals
9. Operate the cash register and balance drawers

Sales Associate Requirements

1. High school diploma
2. Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
3. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
4. Superb attention to detail and multitasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
5. Strong communication skills
6. Professional appearance
7. Availability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
8. Physically able to move around for two or more hours and lift 25+ pounds
