Our Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a team to bring the brand to life, embodying our core values. They act as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services, thriving in a fast-paced environment where customer needs come first. They build meaningful connections, uncover customer needs, and educate on device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by:
  • Helping customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
  • Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guiding customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions and expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to:
    • Show coverage maps and LTE network benefits.
    • Explain plans and services for unlimited connectivity.
    • Perform device and account inspections, troubleshooting.
  • Complete training on store experience, systems, and resources.
  • Build relationships across channels, including:
    • Owning the customer experience and resolving issues.
    • Identifying and passing small business leads.
    • Fostering team accountability and a positive environment.
    Candidate Profile
    • Strong desire to learn and connect with customers.
    • Competitive drive and confidence in a sales environment.
    • Willing to collaborate and share best practices.
    • Ability to balance customer experience with performance goals.
    • Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.
