Job summary

Qualifications

• No specific education required; High School Diploma or GED preferred; 2 years or less experience in a related role.
• Skill operating Inventory and POS systems, and various other retail software tools.
• 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions about product features, benefits, and availability; engage with customers to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise from floors or stock rooms.
• Perform cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program) accurately and efficiently.
• Contribute to store profitability by handling and replenishing product flow accurately and efficiently.
