Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience and maintain a clean store environment.
• Cross-train across store areas to support business needs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Participate in store recovery and maintain merchandising standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization on the sales floor.
• Provide constructive feedback and adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Support shrink reduction efforts and participate in safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
