Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of Westlake Ace Hardware and assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store; maintain friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and ensure pricing and signage are accurate.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and back stock levels; support end caps and ad merchandise.
• Collaborate with Department Specialists on price changes, special orders, and store communications.
