Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Is a team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to guests.
• Promote and sell store services and merchandise.
• Set and track personal sales goals and improve selling skills.
• Follow all company policies and procedures in manuals and memos.
• Assist in daily store operations and upkeep, including shipments and maintenance.
• Present merchandise per product knowledge guidelines and promote sales.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Identify pricing issues and communicate concerns to management.
• Attend staff meetings and team clinics.
• Protect assets and communicate fraud risks to management.
