Job summary

Ashley Stewart is seeking a Sales Associate to support daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service excellence. You will drive sales, educate customers on product knowledge, and model the brand values while maintaining store appearance and inventory control.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 6–12 months of retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months prior retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply retail math principles.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use a POS system.
• High level of initiative and accountability.
• Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to the needs of the business.
• Detail oriented; consistently meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed personal and store goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers.
• Serve as product knowledge expert to educate customers.
• Successfully model the Company values.
• Drive PLCC to enhance brand loyalty.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and visual changes to enhance the Brand.
• Assist in replenishing floor stock.
• Ensure the neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Communicate with Store Manager and Full Time Assistant Manager on areas of importance.
