Job summary

Ashley Stewart, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to support store operations and merchandising during your shift. You will provide excellent customer service, apply product knowledge, and contribute to achieving store goals.

You will assist with merchandising, maintain store appearance, and help drive Marketing initiatives while upholding company values and policies. The role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months prior retail experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to apply retail math principles.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use a POS system.
• High level of initiative and accountability.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs.
• Detail oriented; meets deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to achieve and exceed personal and store goals.
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience to all customers.
• Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and visual changes.
• Maintain neatness, maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Communicate with Store Manager on important areas.
• Stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule including some holidays.
