Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage customers in a personalized way, ensuring they feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports selling across the floor by engaging multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Provides a frictionless customer experience by using technology to transact, find sizes/colors, and place orders.
• Builds productive relationships with peers; seeks help when needed and supports others.
• Participates in learning and sharing product knowledge, trends, and styling priorities to inspire customers.
• Contributes to team morale by participating in store initiatives and recognizing peers through SPARKED journal.
• Provides insights on customer and employee experience and communicates feedback to Store Leadership.
• Understands contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact store performance.
• Supports shipment and restock processes; contributes to omni-channel fulfillment while maintaining floor stock.
• Maintains visual and operational standards and stays current on merchandising updates.
