Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to be at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will greet customers, assess needs, and offer personalized recommendations while promoting the store's membership program to drive sales.

Responsibilities include assisting multiple customers, maintaining displays, processing transactions, and supporting promotions. A high school diploma and retail experience are preferred; willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are required.
• Basic math abilities are a must for transactions and POS accuracy.
• Retail sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly.
• Identify needs and recommend products and memberships.
• Promote store programs and handle sales at the register.
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize displays.
• Process sales using POS systems accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory restocking and stock organization.
• Provide product knowledge and upsell merchandise.
• Keep the store clean and welcoming during shifts.
• Support promotions and sales events to meet targets.
• Be flexible with schedule including weekends and travel if needed.
