Job summary

Minis is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences in our retail store. You will greet customers, assess needs, and recommend merchandise while promoting the store's memberships and promotions.

You will maintain attractive displays, process sales at the register, manage stock, and participate in promotions. A high school diploma is required and prior retail experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling is available.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers and manage multiple customers at once.
• Assess customer needs and recommend tailored merchandise.
• Use suggestive selling while knowing product availability.
• Keep displays organized and attractive.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Restock and organize inventory.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to upsell merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, professional store environment.
• Support store promotions and events.
• Access and organize stock in high storage areas safely.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
