Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Our MAs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and recommending suitable device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, where you will develop skills and expertise for potential promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role
  • Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a top-notch experience and fostering loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store.
  • Assist customers in finding personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Guide customers through their purchase with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and your expertise.
  • Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
  • Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and troubleshoot devices.
  • Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
  • Partner with colleagues across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify small business leads.
  • Build strong peer relationships and contribute to the company's success.
