Arch Telecoms Mobile Associates (MA) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. Our MAs thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning position, with opportunities for promotion to Mobile Expert after training.

What you'll do in your role

1. Learn and build proficiency in customer service, providing a best-in-class experience and building loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey, exploring needs, and demonstrating technology.
2. Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
3. Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and assist with device and account troubleshooting.
4. Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and resources.
5. Build relationships with team members across channels, own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify small business leads.
