Job summary

PUMA Allen store is seeking a retail team member to deliver consistently high customer experience, process sales at checkout, and uphold PUMA's brand values and service standards. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find the right products to fit their needs.

You will assist with stock, inbound and outbound merchandise, participate in inventory counts, maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment, and support visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Through effective customer service, achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets.
• Process sales transactions at checkout accurately and securely.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the store and comply with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Assist with inbound/outbound merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Help manage stock levels and product availability; support inventory counts.
• Comply with Policies & Procedures and store core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant working/shopping environment.
• Work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
