Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining store standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash procedures per operating policy.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws and store policies.
• Assist in safety and loss prevention efforts.
