• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with focus on Customer Service and Sales.
• Thorough knowledge of Cash Handling and operating a Cash Register and POS system.
• General knowledge of Retail Sales principles and Selling Techniques.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with knowledge of the English Language.
• Detail Oriented and strong Organizational Skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding Customer Service by greeting customers, listening to needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Execute Sales strategies and Selling Techniques to meet/exceed targets, using strong Interpersonal Communications.
• Process transactions using Cash Register and POS system with accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain organized, visually appealing sales floor through Merchandising and Stocking Merchandise, ensuring cleanliness.
• Develop Product Knowledge to confidently answer inquiries and recommend items.
• Participate in Loss Prevention efforts by following security protocols.
• Demonstrate Problem Solving to resolve issues and handle returns/exchanges.
• Support Operations with inventory counts and daily workflow, assisting Management when needed.
• Exhibit Multitasking by managing customer interactions, transactions, and merchandising tasks.
